Construction progress documentation at this scale requires more than photography — it requires a structured visual communication system. We developed a documentation framework that captured the renovation's key milestones, structural progress, and site operations in a format that served multiple stakeholder audiences simultaneously. The visual content had to be rigorous enough for technical project reporting while polished enough for public-facing communications and investor presentations.

Documenting a live construction site at stadium scale involves significant logistical and safety coordination — access to the right vantage points, working around active construction phases, and ensuring production teams operate safely in a constantly changing environment. The documentation had to serve multiple audiences with different information needs: project stakeholders required technical progress records, the football club needed content for fan communications, and Maramer needed imagery that communicated their capability and execution quality to future clients. A single visual approach could not serve all three. The scale and duration of a stadium renovation means the documentation strategy had to be planned as a system — not a single visit — with consistent visual standards maintained across multiple production sessions spanning the full renovation timeline.
