Riyadh Season – Wonder Garden

Ideative Studio2025

an class="inserted--sup--text inserted--ls--hold false elementor-repeater-item-2d4b6b4" >( Project Goals )an> Ideative Studio was contracted to provide sustained, daily photo and video coverage for the Wonder Garden experience at Riyadh Season — one of Saudi Arabia's flagship entertainment events under the Vision 2030 entertainment agenda. Over two months, the brief demanded consistent, publication-quality content that documented the activation, its visitors, and the story of the entire season.

A two-month daily coverage brief demands operational discipline that most creative agencies cannot sustain. Ideative deployed dedicated production teams on-site throughout the season, establishing a daily content pipeline from shoot to edit to delivery. The operation was structured to guarantee consistent quality regardless of crowd volumes, weather conditions, or event changes.

( Project Scope )

  • Daily on-site photography and videography coverage across the full two-month season
  • Aerial drone footage for establishing shots and daily social media highlights
  • Fast-turnaround same-day content delivery for social media posting schedules
  • Weekly long-form video recaps for the Wonder Garden's digital channels
  • Full season content archive — thousands of edited assets handed over at close

( Challenges )

Every project presents its own complexities. Here is what we navigated:

  • ( 001 )
Sustaining daily content production for a two-month Riyadh Season activation required operational systems, not just creative talent
  • ( 002 )
Outdoor event photography at Wonder Garden presented constant lighting challenges — from harsh afternoon sun to evening artificial lighting
  • ( 003 )
Every day's content needed to feel fresh and compelling while maintaining a consistent visual identity across the entire season

(Results )

Wonder Garden's social channels stayed active and visually compelling every single day of Riyadh Season — an operational feat as much as a creative one.

  • 1.
60+ days of uninterrupted daily content delivered — photo and video assets published same-day throughout the activation
  • 2.
Wonder Garden's social channels maintained consistent growth and audience engagement across the full duration of Riyadh Season
  • 3.
Complete visual archive created — a comprehensive content library that serves future marketing, press, and sponsorship purposes

The X – Valentines Day

Ideative Studio2025

an class="inserted--sup--text inserted--ls--hold false elementor-repeater-item-2d4b6b4" >( Project Goals )an> The X commissioned Ideative Studio to produce photography for their Valentine's Day campaign — a campaign that needed to communicate romance and luxury while fitting within the cultural nuances of the Saudi market. The brief called for imagery that would anchor the campaign across digital channels, in-venue displays, and promotional materials.

Valentine's Day in Riyadh has its own distinct visual language — warmth, elegance, and a sense of occasion that's specific to the local context. Ideative's approach was grounded in that reality: moody, high-production photography that celebrated the holiday without feeling imported. The shoot was carefully art-directed to give The X a suite of hero images with staying power.

( Project Scope )

  • Art direction and mood boarding for the Valentine's Day campaign concept
  • Full production photography shoot: couples, product, and ambient lifestyle imagery
  • Studio and on-location photography with custom styling and set design
  • Post-production: color grading, retouching, and asset packaging for all formats
  • Delivered image sets for digital advertising, social media, and print use

( Challenges )

Every project presents its own complexities. Here is what we navigated:

  • ( 001 )
Valentine's Day content in Riyadh requires a culturally sensitive visual language — aspirational and romantic without being inappropriate for the market
  • ( 002 )
Short campaign window demanded fast concept-to-delivery execution while keeping quality at a premium venue standard
  • ( 003 )
Creating imagery that would serve multiple channels — social media, in-venue displays, and digital advertising — from a single production day

(Results )

The Valentine's campaign photography gave The X a premium, culturally resonant visual suite — images the brand continues to reference as a benchmark.

  • 1.
Complete Valentine's Day visual suite delivered — photography and campaign assets covering social, digital, and environmental formats
  • 2.
Imagery captured the warmth and occasion of the celebration in a way that felt premium and distinctly The X, not generic seasonal content
  • 3.
Assets produced in a single structured shoot day and delivered within 72 hours, ready for the full campaign rollout

Cucina Di Yass

Ideative Studio2025

an class="inserted--sup--text inserted--ls--hold false elementor-repeater-item-2d4b6b4" >( Project Goals )an> Ideative Studio was commissioned to build a complete brand identity for Cucina Di Yass, a restaurant concept launching an class="underlined inner--element customized--word elementor-repeater-item-27a64e9" >intoan> Riyadh's highly competitive dining scene. The brief was to create a visual language that captured the warmth and personality of the culinary experience — one that would resonate with Saudi diners before the food ever reached the table. Our mandate extended beyond a logo: the brand needed to be a fully functioning system from day one.

We anchored the entire creative process in the restaurant's story — its culinary philosophy, its atmosphere, and the emotional experience it wanted to create for guests. Rather than defaulting to generic F&B aesthetics, we developed a visual identity with genuine character: warm, intentional, and built to perform across every touchpoint a diner might encounter. The system was designed to travel seamlessly from Instagram first-impressions through to in-restaurant signage and packaging.

( Project Scope )

Delivering a complete brand identity for Cucina Di Yass — from naming architecture and logo design to colour palette, typography, packaging, and in-restaurant brand materials.

  • Brand strategy and naming architecture
  • Logo design and visual identity system
  • Colour palette and typography selection
  • Menu design and printed collateral
  • Social media visual templates

( Challenges )

Launching into Riyadh's dining scene means competing against established names with loyal followings. These were our key creative tensions:

  • ( 001 )
( 001 ) Standing out in a saturated F&B market without looking like every other casual dining brand
  • ( 002 )
( 002 ) Capturing culinary warmth and personality in a visual system that also works at scale
  • ( 003 )
( 003 ) Designing bilingual brand assets that feel equally strong in Arabic and English
  • ( 004 )
( 004 ) Balancing premium presentation with approachability for a broad Saudi audience
  • ( 005 )
( 005 ) Delivering a complete identity system ready for launch across all physical and digital touchpoints

(Results )

Cucina Di Yass launched with a cohesive brand identity that communicated quality and personality from day one — giving the restaurant a visual presence strong enough to earn attention before the first review.

  • 1.
Complete brand identity system delivered across all touchpoints
  • 2.
Bilingual logo and visual assets ready for print and digital
  • 3.
Menu design, packaging, and in-store collateral produced in one unified system
  • 4.
Social media templates enabling consistent, on-brand content from launch
  • 5.
Brand perceived as established and premium from first public visibility
