Ideative developed the campaign concept in-house, grounding it in the cultural weight of Ramadan — the gatherings, the generosity, the atmosphere of Riyadh at night. The production team executed across multiple shoot days, delivering stills and video assets formatted for every platform. Every visual decision was made to amplify the campaign theme with precision rather than cliché.

Building a brand from nothing is the most consequential creative work an agency can do. Ideative approached the Bo&Be project with a structured brand-building methodology: audience definition first, followed by naming workshops, concept development, and iterative identity design. Every decision was tested against the brand's target consumer and the competitive landscape it was entering.

We approached the 2023 campaign as a brand character exercise — what does Audela, as a Saudi brand, have to say about National Day that is authentic to who they are? The creative concept moved away from the expected green-and-white palette flood and developed a narrative that connected Audela's identity to the themes of Saudi ambition and progress that define the current national moment — a direct thread to Vision 2030's spirit without being explicitly institutional.

( Challenges )
This was Audela's first professionally produced National Day campaign — which meant there was no prior creative benchmark to build from and no established visual language for how the brand approaches Saudi cultural occasions. The brief required both strategic thinking and creative invention simultaneously. The 2023 National Day fell at a time when brands across the Kingdom were increasingly expected to do more than post a flag graphic — audiences had grown discerning about the quality and authenticity of National Day content, and could quickly identify campaigns that were cynical or low-effort. Coordinating a complete campaign — concept, production, editing, and staged publication — around an immovable national calendar date required precise project management with no room for timeline slippage.
(Results )
Audela's 2023 National Day campaign marked a genuine step change in how the brand participates in Saudi cultural moments — establishing a tone, creative approach, and visual language that felt authentic to both the brand and the occasion. The multi-asset campaign delivered content across the full National Day window — from pre-event anticipation to day-of publishing — sustaining audience engagement throughout rather than relying on a single post to carry the moment. Critically, the 2023 campaign became the creative foundation for 2024 — the brand now has an established National Day identity that can be evolved year on year, transforming what was a one-off activation into a recurring brand equities-building moment.
